An umber hulk confused my air elemental minion, my monk got engulfed,
waited some time to get expelled (but to no avail), moved inside the
air elemental which was interpreted as martial arts attack, and got:

You get expelled from the air elemental of Chih Sung-tzu!--More--
Memory fault(coredump)

(Playing precompiled binary version 7E7F3 on Linux.)

After more than a decade where I didn't need it I now had to look for
the recover program. Alas (with my personal <UIDuname> identifiers):

$ ./recover <UIDuname>
Cannot open level 0 for <UIDuname>.

Explicitly specifying the directory with -d also didn't change that
message. Anyone remembering how to recover a game correctly? Thanks!

Spoke too soon. While the default slashem setup settings on my box will
not identify the directory correctly, specifying the correct save file
directory explicitly with -d (I had choosen a wrong directory) works.
